Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Are Rumored to Be Planning Their Wedding

According to a source.

Miley Cyrus and fiancé Liam Hemsworth have been back together for a few years now, with Miley frequently spotted wearing her engagement ring even though she's not an engagement ring kind of person. Though the duo aren't shy about sharing their feelings for one another, as evident by their social media posts, the couple has remained relatively quiet about what the future holds.

Rumors swirled in November 2017 that they’d gotten secretly married the previous spring, and Liam was spotted wearing a ring. Neither celeb set the record straight either way. Now, a new tidbit from a source said the couple might be making “secretive” plans for a wedding.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that “Miley has come up with all sorts of different wedding plans. She is always creative and thinking of new ideas that will make her experience different.” According to the source, Miley would like a ranch wedding, since she grew up in the county or a surprise last-minute ceremony.

The source went on to report that however Miley and Liam tie the knot, it’s going to be on their own terms. “The first time they announced their engagement in 2012, they felt such pressure to make it the most spectacular wedding in the world but that was the downfall of their relationship and lead to their break up," the source said. “This has been such a long, drawn-out process that they joke about the idea that when they finally get married people won't believe it's real!"

Of course, all this wedding talk comes from “a source” and has not been confirmed by either Miley or Liam. Until we hear otherwise it's best to take the news with a very large grain of salt. And given Miley's past thoughts on the subject, it's possible that a wedding — if one is being planned at all! — is still a few years down the line. Previously, the singer has said that while they are engaged, she “doesn’t envision” marriage yet. In late 2017, she explained her position, saying, “I’m 24. I hope to get to live a little bit more. I have too much living to do.”
