Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Ended Up at the Same Pre-Oscars Party and Reportedly Ignored Each Other

• Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were both spotted at a pre-Oscars party in Beverly Hills on Friday.

• It was reported that neither of them said anything to each other.

• They filed for divorce in August 2019 and it was finalized in January 2020.

If you were hoping for any chance of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth getting back together, I've got some bad news. The exes were both seen at WME's pre-Oscars party on Friday in Beverly Hills, according to People. They arrived and left the party separately and while they were there, they didn't even speak to each other.

"It wasn’t a big deal and they didn’t even speak. The party was packed and it wasn’t awkward for Miley that Liam was there," the source told People. "Liam is her past and Miley is focused on the future."

The "future" they're talking about probably has to do with Miley's very public relationship with musician Cody Simpson. The two have been officially dating since October of last year when Cody called himself Miley's boyfriend during an interview with The Kyle and Jackie O Show. They even got tattoos together. You can't get tattooed with just anybody. It's the rules.

On the other hand, Liam has been more quiet about his post-Miley love life. Although, he's been spotted more than once with his girlfriend, model Gabrielle Brooks. The Daily Mail reported that the two met up for lunch last week and seemingly confirmed their relationship with a huge make out session while at the beach last month.

Miley and Liam filed for divorce back in August of last year but it was finalized last month, according to Billboard. Court docs said "irreconcilable differences" was the reason for their split, but Miley denied cheating was any part of their breakup on Twitter.
