Miley Cyrus Just Shaded Brody Jenner After She Was Spotted Kissing Kaitlynn Carter

Everyone's weekend was basically ruined, when news broke last night that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth split up after less than a year of marriage. As if that wasn't big enough news for you, shortly before the breakup was confirmed by Miley's rep, Miley was spotted making out with Kaitlynn Carter, who just recently split from ex-husband Brody Jenner. TMZ and Page Six just reported The Hills: New Beginnings stars' breakup last week.

After some PDA-heavy pics of Miley and Kaitlynn vacationing in Italy hit the Internet yesterday, Brody responded to the alleged hookup, and Miley jokingly snapped right back.

The Hills star and DJ posted a scenic photo of himself in Malibu, with the caption, "Don't let yesterday take up too much of today." Fans assumed he was referring to the news about Miley and Kaitlynn.

The Hills co-star and Brody's pal, Brandon Thomas Lee, commented, "Let's round this scandal out and post a pic of us making out 😘," in which Brody responded, "watch out! Pics of Liam and I holding hands on the beach coming soon 👬"

Miley then joined the convo, writing, "go take a nap in your truck and cool off #HotGirlSummer 👯" LOL. It seems like the "On A Roll" singer's shade shut down the exchange. Kaitlynn and Liam have yet to comment on the news.

Though it's unclear when Kaitlynn and Miley started hanging out, it seems like the two are connected through Miley's sister Brandi Cyrus, who was also on their Italy trip. While Kaitlynn has posted pics of her and the former Disney star hanging out, neither have yet to comment on the status of their relationship (or friendship?).

It seems like both Brody and Miley are pretty cool about the whole situation. Here's to hoping we find out more about WTF is going on.
