Miley Cyrus Just Got a Meaningful New Tattoo
Miley Cyrus has never been better, thank you very much. After announcing her split from husband Liam Hemsworth this August, the singer took a whirlwind trip to Utah where she indulged in some self-care and family time. Then, she got back in the recording studio. And today, she's celebrating the solo life with a brand new tattoo etched across the top of her knuckles.
Penned on her right hand in a handwritten script is the word "freedom," which to Cyrus definitely has more than one meeting. To get the delicate ink done, the blonde beauty called upon tattoo artist Daniel Winter, who's made a name for himself in Los Angeles. His jewelry-like ink also adorns the likes of Lady Gaga (in the form of a rose) and Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, who recently got matching tattoos.
This is just one of many tattoos Cyrus has received in the last few months since the split, but perhaps the message is a significant sign to the world (and her ex) that she's officially moved on? Consider permanent body art the ultimate way to reveal where you stand.
