  • Miley Cyrus invited Emily Osment on her Instagram talk show to talk about animal care during the coronavirus pandemic.

  • The former Hannah Montana co-stars also reminisced about their days on the show.

Miley Cyrus had an ultra-special guest on her Instagram talk show, Bright Minded, that had Hannah Montana fans freaking out as they tuned in to watch.

For her first show of the week, Miley's Hannah Montana co-star, Emily Osment, joined in on the fun and it looked like no time passed at all between the two on-and-off-screen BFFs.

Miley had printed out photos so the two can reminisce a bit about their Disney Channel days and they did not disappoint with their commentary.

"Here's Lola sanitizing Hannah. There's actually a theory that Hannah predicted everything that was ever gonna happen in life," Miley said on her Instagram live.

"Do you have actual memories of some of those [scenes]? I'm having a hard time remembering like what year that was or what was happening," Emily replied.

Miley also showed off pictures from their first photoshoot together where they dressed up in character for some promo shots.

"This is when we were like BFF denim on denim matching floral," Miley said, while showing a picture from the shoot.

"Oh, hell yeah. That's from 2006. I do remember that day too. That was season one," Emily revealed.

"And this was our first day of really hanging out," Miley continued.

According to Emily, the day didn’t end up going exactly as they expected due to all the different costume changes that they did.

"I remember the day being much longer than anyone warned us it would be. And there was like 12 costume changes and we all had to take a lot of photos like that," she said.

While on the show, Emily and Miley also talked about adopting pets, especially due to the recent coronavirus pandemic.

"The best way to draw attention to man's best friend is to bring in the best friend duo that always encouraged people to do what's best and do what's right," Miley said.

They encouraged their viewers to adopt or foster animals if they were emotional and financially ready to do so.

She also ended the show by giving Emily a huge shoutout for everything she's been doing recently.

"I just wanted to say thank you so much. Your music is bada*s, thank you for what you do with animals, thanks for bringing up the idea to make sure we highlight animal care at this time, and you are the best," she said.

Hopefully, Miley and Emily can have an in-person reunion soon!
