Miley Cyrus Is Blowing Up Instagram With Photos Of Her Post-Breakup Abs

No matter how amicable a breakup, you still want to look amazing on social media afterward in the off-chance that your ex will happen to see your pics. Well, apparently Miley Cyrus got the memo, because she’s straight-up killing it on Instagram right now.

In case you’re not caught up with the drama: Her publicist announced over the weekend that she and Liam Hemsworth have split after less than a year of marriage. “Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time,” Cyrus's publicist told People. “Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy.”

While that was dramatic enough, Miley was spotted soon after kissing and cuddling up to Brody Jenner’s ex Kaitlynn Carter in Italy. So, clearly she’s moving on.

But back to Miley’s revenge body: Cyrus has been sharing pics of herself on her vacation, featuring her toned abs. “Life’s a climb... but the view is great,” she captioned one shot of herself in front of a mountain range, wearing a bra top and athletic pants.

According to Women’s Health Australia, Miley gets ripped by practicing ashtanga, a physically demanding style of yoga that helps build core strength and flexibility, six days a week. She’s also big on Pilates, and follows a strict vegan diet.

Whatever she’s doing, it’s working. Next question: When will Liam start showing off his post-breakup bod?
