Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher Help Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay Narrow the Field

Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay called in reinforcements to narrow the field on her first group date on Monday, May 29. Here, The Knot highlights the top five moments from the action-packed episode, including one of Hollywood’s hottest couples and a furry special guest.

1. Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher Judge the Gents
The gentleman are surprised to find Kunis and Kutcher when they arrive for the first group date. Dean, Jack, Blake, Iggy, Kenny, Fred, and Lucas are challenged to a “real-life obstacle course,” which includes vacuuming and changing diapers.

“Whaboom guy” Lucas wins the challenge and time alone with Rachel. His competitors—especially Blake—are shocked that the “bad guy” is winning. The men are certain, however, that their dream girl will see through Lucas’ shenanigans. During his one-on-one time with Rachel, Blake shares that Lucas just wants to be on TV.

2. Rachel is Bored to Tears
Despite the drama between the men, Rachel is bored by her suitors. The conversations are dull on her group date until she spends time alone with Dean.

“I was really disappointed by how tonight was going,” Rachel admits in the confessional. “There’s no excitement; there’s no spark, [then] in walks Dean being a complete breath of fresh air.”

Dean is concerned that he ruined his chance by not kissing Rachel. But after receiving the only date rose, he walks Rachel to her car and gives her a goodnight kiss.

3. A Two-on-One Date Like No Other
Peter is surprised when he arrives for his date and Rachel asks if she can bring a friend along. Her beloved pup Copper joins them on a private jet to Palm Springs, where they enjoy a day at Bark Fest with Copper and other canines.

After the game, a woman named Lexi approaches Rachel and explains that DeMario is her boyfriend. Rachel confronts DeMario, but he explains that he broke it off with Lexi before going on the show. Lexi shows Rachel recent text messages from DeMario, resulting in Rachel sending him home.

After being sent home, DeMario returns to the mansion. A security guard refuses to allow him on the property, but host Chris Harrison agrees to speak with Rachel.
