Mike Fisher Responds To Divorce Rumors

Though rumors have swirled regarding the status of Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher's marriage, Fisher wants inquiring fans to know what's really up.

After news of the couple reportedly splitting first appeared in the press, Fisher quickly took to social media to shut down those false reports. He posted a Bible verse on his Instagram that seemed to indirectly address the rumors:"Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting."

We can't help but think that referring to being "tested" really refers to his relationship being tested by all of the fake speculation.

When fan @beverly.ayers responded to Fisher's post in the comments with, "Praying for you and Carrie. Ignore the media! Hold tight to each other. There are always bumps in the road. Keep focusing on Jesus! He will guide you thru!" Fisher then added his own comment in response.

"That’s not media. We’ve never been better. Thanks," he said on Instagram.

The couple first met in 2008, married in 2010, and had a baby boy in 2015. Despite a recent scary fall, which caused Underwood to need stitches in parts of her face and surgery for a broken wrist, Fisher has been there for Underwood through it all - and clearly has no plans of leaving her side anytime soon.
