Microsoft Announces First Batch of Xbox Game Pass Core Library Titles

An emerging trend in the gaming industry is the move from purchasing individual games to subscription services that offer entire libraries at one's fingertips for a monthly cost. Leading the charge, the Xbox Game Pass has succeeded in building out a well-received model for Microsoft. Now, it has expanded its offerings to replace Xbox Live Gold with Xbox Game Pass Core.

Following the rebrand, Microsoft has now shared its initial batch of games in Xbox Game Pass Core's library. Key inclusions range from the multiplayer hit Among Us to two entries from both the Fallout series and the Halo series.
