Mickey Mouse Chocolate Chip Cookie Cereal Is Such a Cute Take on the Mini Cereal Trend

In a world where cereal can be anything, the options keep getting cuter and cuter. First we had pancake cereal and recently we discovered croissant cereal, and after putting off chocolate chip cookie cereal as just being glorified Cookie Crisp, this Mickey-shaped cookie cereal is here to prove us wrong.

This cereal trend is taking the internet by storm and it's so easy to participate in. All you have to do is make your favorite breakfast food (or dessert, TBH) into bite-sized pieces, add it to a bowl, pour milk on it, and eat it by the spoonful like cereal. Naturally, one of the first ways people started hopping on this bandwagon was by making mini chocolate chip cookies.

The thing is, like I said, plain chocolate chip cookies already exist as cereal in Cookie Crisp, (although if you prefer homemade cookies maybe the extra steps would be worth it to you!). People of the internet are creative, though, and have been bringing their A-game to the bougie cereal playing field, so someone of course made mini chocolate chip cookies in the shape of our dear friend Mickey Mouse. This means all the deliciousness of a soft cookie made from scratch in the fun shape of Disney's mascot.

@WeKnowDisney on Instagram made this cookie cereal, and suggests baking the cookies until they're a little bit crispy so the milk doesn't make them soggy and crumbly right away. You can take one from their book and make your mini pancakes Mickey-shaped, too, because when in doubt, you should always add a little magic to the breakfast table.
