Michelle Williams Gave Us a Peek at her Engagement Ring
Earlier this week, news broke that Michelle Williams and director Thomas Kail are engaged — and that they were expecting a child together. Other than that, the details surrounding the engagement are scant. The couple hasn't mentioned anything about a date for the big day or the baby, but E! News reports that Williams was seen with her new ring at New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Though the photos don't reveal much, it's clear that Williams is wearing a ring on her left hand. The metal looks to be white and it appears to be a large solitaire style with what could be a pearl. It's all fans are getting at the moment, but that could change this weekend.

Williams is nominated for a Golden Globe this Sunday. She's in the running for Actress In A Mini-series or Motion Picture for TV for her role in Fosse/Verdon, which Kail directed. Williams has already won an Emmy for the role. It's not clear whether or not Kail will join Williams at the ceremony, though the two have appeared together at various events for Fosse/Verdon in the past.
Town & Country notes that when the two do get married, it'll probably be a low-key affair, in keeping with the couple's under-the-radar M.O. "Given that she and Kail kept their early relationship under wraps, it wouldn't be shocking if the couple took a similar approach to their big day," the magazine wrote.
And as for the other big event coming up? "She's very excited to have another baby and give Matilda a sibling," a source told E! News.
