New Mexico Wine Festival returns over Memorial Day Weekend

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Over Memorial Day Weekend the New Mexico Wine Festival is making a return to Albuquerque and Las Cruces.

New movie inspired by West Mesa Murders coming soon

The festival runs May 25 – 27 from 12 – 6 p.m. The Albuquerque festival will be held at Balloon Fiesta Park. The event is for ages 21 and over only. Guests will be able to shop and sample from a selection of over 200 wines. There will also be food trucks, art and live music for people to enjoy. New this year is “The Reserve Wine Experience.” Guests who purchase this will have access to a VIP Reserve Wine Tasting Tent with access to 40 wines, shorter lines, food tastings and a more intimate experience with the winemakers. The Las Cruces festival will be the same days, held at the Southern New Mexico State Fair and Rodeo.

Now, a company spun out from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), has raised $27 million in a Series B funding round to apply AI to solve that exact pain point. The company says it uses deep learning in a 3D environment, and combines data analysis with machine learning to speed up development times by up to 75% and product simulation by as much as 10 times.

Spotify to increase premium pricing in the US to $11.99 per month
Spotify has announced it's hiking subscriptions for customers in the U.S., the second such price increase in the space of a year. The music-streaming giant reports that premium pricing will increase in July from $10.99 to $11.99, representing a rise of nearly 10%. The Duo and Family plans will go up to $16.99 and $19.99, which are $2 and $3 increases respectively, while the student plan will remain at $5.99 per month.
