Meteorologist Gets Hilariously Interrupted by Cats During On-Air Broadcast

This livened up the morning weather report!

Meteorologist Blake Hansen out of Michigan was trying to alert viewers about a winter storm warning when he had some visitors to the deck where he was broadcasting. he wasn't sure what the intruder was at first, but his startled reaction had viewers pretty amused.

Watch the following to see Hansen figure out who has joined his weather report!

“It was the last weather deck hit of the morning show,” Hansen told MLive/The Grand Rapids Press. “I felt like I was hearing something, but it was Monday morning, I was trying to catch up on coffee. About a minute into the forecast, I heard a branch snapping. All of a sudden, I was getting into the snow and ice that’s coming and just to the right of the camera, I see something dart onto the weather deck.”

@Llc3 hilariously comments, "Guess we can say this storm will bring us meow snow and ice." @Andreamiller adds, "He totally startled me when he jumped and I almost dropped my phone!"

Hansen is a cat lover himself, and has his own Tabby cat named Toby. Maybe Toby can join him for his next broadcast, or should we say broad-cat?
