Met Gala 2019: Men push gender, fashion boundaries on the red carpet

Men can have fun on the red carpet, too!

The 2019 Met Gala red carpet featured more male celebrities taking fashion risks than ever before, and they totally leaned into the Camp theme for the night.

Between Harry Styles' heels, painted nails and sheer top, Darren Criss' full face of theater makeup, Billy Porter's show-stopping Egyptian entrance and 10-foot wings and Ryan Murphy's exaggerated cape, the Met Gala red carpet was full of men bending gender norms.

More of the best dressed men included Benedict Cumberbatch, Michael B. Jordan, Lee Daniels, Cole Sprouse and Jared Leto, who carried a wax replica of his head with him on the carpet.
