Met Gala 2018: Gigi Hadid Attends the Met Gala Wearing Versace

Gigi Hadid is no stranger to the Met Gala having attended every year since 2015, with each red carpet moment more jaw-dropping than the last. This year was no exception as the supermodel stepped out in a stunning Versace look that was picked for her by designer and one of tonight's hosts, Donatella Versace herself. Earlier Monday, the model took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of note from the designer saying she could "wait to see" her at the event.

To grace the red carpet for 2018, Gigi donned a one-shoulder gown with beaded crystal detail throughout to mimic a stained-glass window. She accessorized with gold bobby pins, jeweled earrings and a simple box clutch.

Since the beginning of her Met Gala tenure, Gigi's looks have gotten more and more thematic. For her first time in attendance, Gigi rocked a simple red gown. A year later, she stepped it up with a metallic look that matched her then-boyfriend, Zayn Malik. Then last year, she hit the carpet solo in a look that was half gown, half blazer and oh, so chic.
