Ever wanted to live in a home fit for a queen? No, none of Queen Elizabeth’s six royal residences are for sale, but our Hollywood monarch, Meryl Streep, just listed her four-bed, four-and-a-half-bath, nearly 4,000-square-foot NYC penthouse — and it was marked down 25 percent compared to last year when she tried selling the expansive, modern-minimalist condo.

Available for a cool $18.25 million, Streep’s contemporary yet inviting penthouse has an incredible, 10-foot-wide, landscaped terrace where you can take in the panoramic views of the City.

Inside the tech-savvy home, which comes equipped with a central audio system and electronic sheers, the Poliform Varenna kitchen has only the best, top-of-the-line appliances, including a Sub-Zero fridge, Miele ovens (yes, plural; there are two ovens in this kitchen) and burner cooktop and a Bosch dishwasher.

Because the penthouse is located in a full-service condominium — River Lofts in TriBeCa — the lucky buyer will also have access to a renovated fitness center and bicycle room, a 24-hour doorman, an on-site garage and more. Plus, you can avoid the many stops on the elevator before reaching your penthouse; you’ll have a keyed elevator that’ll lead you directly to a private vestibule in the penthouse.

According to Business Insider, Streep tried to sell the penthouse one year ago for $24.6 million but was later dropped to $19.75 million. Now, it’s back on the market for $18.25 million. The penthouse is listed by Juliette R. Janssens and Allison B. Koffman of Sotheby’s International Realty.

We can’t think of a better way to live than by quite literally worshipping the walnut hardwood ground Steep once walked on. What a dream.
