Memorial Day Weekend Apps, Sides, and Wine—All for Less Than $30

Now that the weather is finally warming up, we're all about entertaining outdoors this Memorial Day Weekend. And here's the thing: since entertaining can bust your budget, we've worked out a way to host friends for a backyard bash for less than $30 (our secret: a trip to Aldi Grocery Store!).
A classic start to MDW means chips and salsa ($5.38). But, since this is a celebration after all, a cheese plate is a no-brainer: place a wedge of Happy Farms Preferred Brie and a log of goat cheese, with some chunks of Specially Selected Aged Reserve White Cheddar ($7.77) on a wood cutting board or slate. Surround the cheeses with some crackers—or, to keep it cheesy, a handful of crunchy Specially Selected Gouda cheese bites ($1.69). Add some grapes, dried fruit, nuts, and some jam for extra points.
