The actress revealed this was her second experience with a school shooting.

Melissa Joan Hart is speaking out about her experience with the Nashville school shooting that took place Monday, March 27.

The former Sabrina the Teenage Witch actress, 46, took to her Instagram to share a very real moment she had while helping kindergarteners escape the shooting.

"Prayers today, Action tomorrow. This was too raw to post yesterday but wanted you to hear this story," Hart wrote alongside the video of her telling the story.

"Hey guys. For those of you that know I live in Nashville, and what's been going on here today," she said at the beginning of the video referring to the school shooting.

"My kids go to school right next to a school where there was a shooting today. We moved here from Connecticut where we were in a school a little ways down from Sandy Hook. So this is our second experience with a school shooting with our kids being in close proximity," she said before stating that she and her family were "all okay."

"My husband and I were on our way to school for conferences and luckily our kids weren't in today, and we helped a class of kindergarteners across a busy highway," she said while choking back tears.

"They were climbing out of the woods, they were trying to escape the shooting situation at their school," she added. "So we helped all of these tiny little kids cross the road and get their teachers over there, and we helped a mom reunite with her children."

After telling her story and catching her breath, she ended the video by stating, "I don't know what to say anymore. It is just enough is enough. Just pray, pray for the families."

Many other celebrities shared their thoughts on the school shooting, including Katie Couric, Jane Lynch, Jessie James Decker, Niecy Nash–who also opened up about it hitting close to home–and many more.
