  • Melania Trump reportedly called Ivanka Trump a "snake" in a text to her former best friend, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff.

  • Winston Wolkoff's tell-all book about Melania, Melania & Me, comes out today (September 1, 2020).

In case ya missed it, Melania Trump's former best friend Stephanie Winston Wolkoff went ahead and wrote a tell-all called Melania & Me, which literally drops today. And wow, the expertly timed pre-election tea is absolutely scorching.

According to Vanity Fair (via Elle), Melania was extremely displeased about Ivanka requesting that they collaborate on International Women's Day, saying "Seriously? I’m not co-hosting." She was similarly upset that Ivanka wanted to attend an annual luncheon for governors' spouses, allegedly saying “We need to let her know that I know this is a First Lady event done every year…OMG. They just want to take credit for it.”

On top of that, Winston Wolkoff says that if Melania found out Ivanka had worn a designer before her, she'd refuse to wear them, writing “If Ivanka was dressed by a designer, Melania would cross them off her list.”

But perhaps the most !!!! revelation from Vanity Fair's coverage of the book is Melania's apparent text to Winston Wolkoff about Ivanka and Jared. She legit wrote "You know how they are snakes.”

Melania's Chief of Staff Stephanie Grisham has since attempted to discredit the book, telling People, "Anybody who secretly tapes their self-described best friend is by definition, dishonest. The book is not only full of mistruths and paranoia, it it is based on some imagined need for revenge. Wolkoff builds herself up while belittling and blaming everyone she worked with, yet she still managed to be the victim. Sadly, this is a deeply insecure woman whose need to be relevant defies logic."
