After a whirlwind visit to Great Britain that included meeting Queen Elizabeth II, and a dinner hosted by Prime Minister Theresa May, President Trump and first lady Melania Trump landed in Scotland on the next stop of their latest trip abroad.

While the president was clad in his usual suit and tie, the first lady wore chic neutrals that seemed like a sartorial nod to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, from the oversized sunglasses to the Hermes scarf and Birkin bag.

She looked effortlessly chic in an olive green Burberry jacket, cropped khaki trousers, sky-high taupe Manolo Blahniks, and the aforementioned Hermes scarf and iconic Birkin bag.

Birkin bags start at about $8,500 and cost up to over $300,000. Rare versions of the bag have reportedly averaged a 14.2 percent annual return over the past few decades — an average return that beats out both the S&P 500 index and the price of gold. Melania obviously knows a good investment bag when she sees it.

The first lady has been pulling out all the stops and is truly dressing to impress on this trip. On Thursday evening, she and the president made their way to a black-tie dinner hosted by the prime minister at Blenheim Palace.

Melania wore a stunning pale yellow off-the shoulder gown, with ruched detailing across the bodice creating a corset effect, a full skirt, and a dramatic cape overlay.

She also paid tribute to a former Spice Girl turned designer, choosing a navy, beige, burgundy, and orange color-block dress designed by none other than Victoria Beckham. The first lady sported the colorful look, which she paired with taupe Christian Louboutin heels, as she joined Philip May, the husband of the prime minister, for a visit to the Royal Hospital Chelsea on Friday morning.
