This year is flying by, and believe it or not, Halloween is behind us and Thanksgiving is almost here. For many people that means a big feast is looming on the horizon. If you’re planning to host this year’s Thanksgiving festivities, chances are you’re already hard at work creating your menu and compiling an exhaustive grocery list of everything you’ll need for Turkey Day.

But even the best laid plans aren’t foolproof, and you may very well find yourself in need of a last-minute grocery run on Thanksgiving Day. For Meijer shoppers, knowing Meijer Thanksgiving hours in advance of the holiday can help ensure your celebration goes off without a hitch.

What Are Meijer’s Thanksgiving Hours?

Though many retailers will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Meijer’s doors will be open in the event you run out of butter, milk, or cranberry sauce. This year, Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 23, and Meijer stores will be open between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m., ready to help you fulfill your crunch time shopping needs.

Meijer locations will be open for business as usual in the days leading up to Thanksgiving, and normal hours will resume the day after the holiday. Once you’ve scored Black Friday deals at all of your favorite stores, you can head over to Meijer and pick up anything you may need (if there’s any room left in your refrigerator!).

Meijer has everything you need to prepare a memorable and delicious Thanksgiving meal for your family and friends, ranging from whole turkeys to stuffing mixes, side dishes, cookware, and utensils. Not sure where to start when it comes to planning your Thanksgiving menu? Consider making your sides from scratch, like homemade sweet potatoes, creamed corn, or mashed potatoes.
