Megyn Kelly takes a dig at 'cosmetically enhanced' Kardashians: 'I don't like it when people engage in the ruse that this is all natural'

If beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Megyn Kelly has some strong words for those who want to look like the Kardashian-Jenners.

It started on Tuesday’s episode of Megyn Kelly Today, when the talk show host dove into a discussion about Kendall Jenner’s latest controversy. In an interview with Love, the reality-turned-runway-star declared she’s “super selective” about which shows she will walk in, angering many fellow models. The panel on Kelly’s show discussed how many models in the industry don’t have the luxury of being selective, walking in 70-something shows just to pay the bills.

“They don’t have a mother who put them on TV starting at age 9 and started collecting a paycheck before they hit puberty,” Kelly pointed out.

While discussing different levels of privilege, Rolling Stone contributing editor Joe Levy added, “We’re talking about an argument between people who are enormously genetically gifted —”

“Well…” Kelly interrupted.

“No, no they are,” Levy exclaimed.

“Genetically gifted, but let’s be real — a lot of that is thanks to plastic surgeons,” Kelly said as the audience cheered. “That’s the truth. I don’t like when they try to suggest they are not cosmetically enhanced, because I think that’s a bad message to little girls. I think it’s fine to have plastic surgery, go for it, I think they’re beautiful. But I don’t like it when people engage in the ruse that this is all natural. It’s clearly not.”

While an argument could be made that Kelly wasn’t referring specifically to the KarJenners, but to models in general, it’s a pretty weak argument. Cosmetic surgery rumors have long swirled around reality TV’s first family, although it has strongly denied going under the knife for their overall physique.

Earlier this month, Kim Kardashian made headlines for a clapback aimed at Tyson Beckford, who said he didn’t “care” for Kanye West’s wife, exclaiming, “doctor f***** up on her right hip.”

“Sis we all know why you don’t care for it,” Kardashian replied. The KKW Beauty mogul was then accused of homophobia in her response, something she denied. Kardashian said she fired back because she won’t stand for being body-shamed.

In July, Khloé Kardashian also shut down speculation — or tried to — that she got a nose job.

The only procedures the KarJenners have copped to? Kylie admitted to getting lip fillers, although she had them removed this summer. And Kourtney Kardashian confessed to breast implants in her early 20s, but has since said she regretted the decision.

We’re waiting for Kim’s clapback to Kelly in 3, 2, 1...
