Meghan Trainor’s Toddler Son Riley Helps Sing Her New Song & The Video Will Have You in Tears

Just call him Riley Trainor, superstar! Meghan Trainor’s 3-year-old son inherited the singing gene from his famous mama, and he shows off his vocal range in the cutest new video.
“Riley’s BEEN LIKE THIS 🥰🩵 #beenlikethis,” Trainor captioned a new video on TikTok, where her and Riley sing “Been Like This” together.

The Cutest Duet
The selfie video features Trainor and Riley on the screen. “Ooh, wee,” Trainor sings, “She got that —” and Riley jumps in to finish the line. “Booty!” Riley finishes, smiling at the camera with his cute baby teeth. Too stinkin’ cute!
“That type of,” Trainor continues, as Riley croons the rest: “Boom-boom, that bass that I like!”
“And I said, ‘Who, me?’” Trainor sings next. Riley finishes, “I keep it juicy.” By the time Riley sings, “hold on, hold on for dear liiiiiifffeeeeee” our hearts are a puddle on the floor. He is seriously the most adorable toddler we’ve ever seen.

The “Mother” singer shares Riley and Barry, 8 months, with husband Daryl Sabara. Riley often helps his mom promote her music. In Nov. 2023, the redheaded toddler sung backup vocals (it was just the line “Merry Christmas” over and over, but still so cute) on her Jingle Bells song exclusively on Amazon Music.
He also joined his mom and dad on set of her “Made You Look” music video, where he looked like the cutest little elf ever. “When you bring your son to your next music video shoot and he’s a superstar 🥹,” she wrote.
‘Most Delicious Little Human’
On his birthday last month, the Dear Future Mama singer shared a heartfelt note to her little boy. “RILEY, YOU ARE SO LOVED!” she wrote on Instagram. “YOU ARE THE SWEETEST, FUNNIEST, MOST DELICIOUS LITTLE HUMAN. YOU HAVE MY WHOLE HEART ♥️ MAMA LOVES YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK! 🚀”
We could listen to his adorable little voice on repeat! Here’s hoping Riley makes it on the “Timeless” album, set to release on June 14.
