Meghan Trainor is strong all-over in a new Instagram video. The 28-year-old singer shared a clip from her new "Made You Look" music video while flaunting her mega-toned abs in a sparkly pink crop top and skirt set. She's got the moves!

Meghan paired the fun, Barbiecore 'fit with white, heeled go-go boots and perfectly curled pigtails. Glam all around!

The singer's sculpted muscles take the look one step further, putting her chiseled legs and washboard abs on full display. Plus, she shows off her impressive dance skills with a jaw-dropping body roll, and I must get a tutorial.

Meghan's new album TakinIt Back dropped today and fans are in for a real treat.

"In previous albums, there would be a simple love song or an 'I'm going to be confident today' song. These songs are like, 'Y'all, I'm struggling. This is real, but we're all in this together. Who's with me?' It's just more real and raw," she explained in an Entertainment Weekly interview.

The "Bad For Me" singer shared that she started working on the album after the birth of her son last February. She reflected on how she felt about her body after having a C-section and "was covered in stretch marks with a scar crossing them," she told EW. "I've been open about my struggles with my body, and this was just a whole new layer. I didn't go in thinking, 'I'm going to write a sad song or a song about how I'm feeling.' It just kind of happened, and it was a great therapy session."

While pregnant, Meghan didn't back away from a challenging workout. She shared an Instagram video in February 2021 of her hitting the gym. She worked her arms and legs simultaneously with exercises, such as deadlifts, that use weights.

"IM A BADASS WOMAN thanks to @rebeccabroxfit I feel SO prepared for this birth/recovery. I’m so proud of myself and am so grateful for my amazing trainer. (She had me doing things I never thought were possible!)," she wrote in the caption, crediting Rebecca Stanton with helping her get toned.

"To all my strong mamas out there, you GOT THIS and I’m amazed and inspired by you! It is not easy to get inspired to move with the weird belly pains and the big belly size but I proved to myself that I can/will do anything for my baby! ❤️💪," Meghan added in the caption.

The singer shared another active IG video this January. "Working out is one of my favorite ways to get out of my own head. For 2022 I wanna put more time into ME for my mental health," she wrote in the caption. Love that New Year's resolution!

Meghan also reevaluated her diet after being diagnosed with gestational diabetes during her pregnancy. "It's manageable and it's okay. And I'm healthy and the baby's healthy," Meghan said in a 2020 Today interview. "I just have to really pay attention to everything I eat."

"It's nice to learn so much about food and health, and [it's] nice to hear that so many women experienced this," she added.

Beyond learning more about her health and wellness, Meghan also said that motherhood has taught her how "precious" life is, she told EW. "Everything is just extra important. It's a wake-up call."

Looking strong as ever, Meghan! I'm already listening to Takin' It Back on repeat.
