Ever since announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, the world's eyes have been fixed on Meghan Markle — and her style. We'll be following the Meghan Markle Effect™ with our column, "Meghan Markle Wore a Thing."

Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle may have only just arrived in Africa for her tour with Prince Harry — after a whirlwind trip last week to Rome, we might add — but she's already on outfit number two. The pair made an appearance at the District 6 Museum in Cape Town, South Africa Monday with Markle wearing a bright blue shirt dress by Veronica Beard. She accessorized her pick with the same nude-and-black Castañer espadrilles she wore earlier in the day. Her hair was styled in her signature bouncy curls.

Sadly, her exact dress is no longer available, but it falls perfectly in line with the rest of her recent looks — a slew of easy sundresses. Plus, the pick seems to be one of her travel wardrobe staples — she wore the same one while in Tonga last year.

See more things the Duchess of Sussex has worn in the gallery below:

Former U.S. ambassador to Canada: USMCA deal is a rare 'win, win, win'

Marty: There hasn't been a "victory for American Workers" since globalization became the prevalent theme for manufacturing. The manufacturing sector in this nation is basically decimated and has been as such since the door to CHEAPER PRODUCTION ELSEWHERE (China, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, So Korea, etc) opened for the USA to exploit. Sadly the CHINESE have actually outplayed us and now we are basically at their mercy for ELECTRONIC devices as virtually everything we get is made there. My bottom line is that if EMPLOYERS here are FAIR & EQUITABLE employee expectations will be lessened, but since everyone tends to go the highest bidder on the EMPLOYEE side and many of our companies CONTRACT EVERYTHING out to avoid having to pay benefits...we're in trouble. It's unfortunate that COMPROMISE, COOPERATION & FAIRNESS are not words that are generally associated with the manufacturing sector.
