Coach Core is an apprenticeship program that helps young people in need find employment through sport, according to its website. It was created through the Royal Foundation in 2012, following the London Olympics.
It's been a busy past week for Meghan, who just launched her first solo project last week with Together: Our Community Cookbook. The publication features home recipes from women of Hubb Community Kitchen, who are also survivors of the Grenfell fire.
Markle has been visiting the kitchen, which is located in the Al Manaar Muslim Cultural Heritage Center, privately since January 2018. Proceeds from the cookbook will help keep the kitchen open and running throughout the week.
To celebrate the launch of the book last Thursday, the Duchess of Sussex invited the women of Hubb Community Kitchen to prepare some of the dishes at Kensington Palace. Prince Harry, and even her mother Doria Ragland, were present.
Tomorrow, the Duchess will have her first solo engagement at the Royal Academy, where she'll celebrate the opening of the new exhibit Oceania. "The Duchess will view exhibits from regions including New Zealand, Fiji, the Kingdom of Tonga and Australia, which she and The Duke of Sussex will visit in October," the Palace tweeted.
Just four months after the royal wedding, Meghan role in the monarchy is already taking shape.
