Duchess Meghan has stepped out for a solo engagement during the royal tour.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have squeezed in a plethora of visits and events during their tour of South Africa, which has included some seriously cute moments with baby Archie. On Tuesday, Meghan embarked upon a visit without Prince Harry or their son, when she paid a visit to the University of Johannesburg.

For the occasion, the duchess wore a chic, double-breasted trench dress by Banana Republic. While the item has since sold out in the khaki shade worn by Meghan, the dress can still be shopped in warm white.

According to People, Meghan "met with academics and students to discuss the challenges faced by young women in accessing higher education," during a roundtable discussion. The Duchess of Sussex is the royal patron of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, and is committed to promoting better access to education worldwide.

Meghan, Harry, and Archie's 10-day royal tour is set to come to an end on October 3, following what's been an extremely busy schedule for the family. Just yesterday, Duchess Meghan proved that she's the queen of multi-tasking when she Skyped into Prince Harry's meeting while Archie was taking a nap. It seems that the Sussexes are adjusting to life as a family-of-three very well.
