Meghan Markle Says Prince Harry Is a Feminist & We’re Damn Proud
Meghan Markle has been all about female empowerment since a young age, but she’s not alone.
During a visit to Cardiff Castle in Wales today, the duchess-to-be proudly proclaimed her fiancé, Prince Harry, shares her feminist ideals.
According to People, a 23-year-old fan named Jessica Phillips commended Markle on her feminist views during the appearance, to which she responded, “[Harry’s] a feminist too, so there’s that.”
Prior to becoming an almost duchess, Markle worked with One World Vision, an organization that helps empower women and girls living in impoverished nations. She also served as an ambassador to United Nations Women.
Talk about a power couple.
