Meghan Markle Just Revealed That She Misses 'Suits'—And So Do We
Suits fans were devastated to see their beloved leads Rachel (played by Meghan Markle) and Mike leave the show after walking down the aisle and off into the sunset, and now the Duchess of Sussex has admitted she's sorely missing the hit legal series too.
Harry and Meghan have been on an official tour of Ireland this week, during which the duchess spoke with members of the public, including one very big Suits fan.
Recalling her conversation with the 36-year-old royal, Fiona Moore told reporters, "I'm a fan of Suits and I said to her [Meghan] that I miss it and she said, 'So do I,'" according to Hello!.
On the duchess's laid-back nature, she added: "She seemed very relaxed and was joking and laughing."
Meghan's paralegal character was written out of the show in April following her engagement to Prince Harry last November. Like art imitating life, Rachel married long-term love Mike Ross, played by Patrick J. Adams, in season 7's emotional finale.
Meghan had previously revealed that she would be quitting her acting career to focus fully on charity work and philanthropy with Harry.
During the royal couple's first joint interview post-engagement, which aired on the BBC back in November, Meghan explained: "What’s been really exciting, as we talk about this as the transition out of my career, is that the causes that have been very important to me, I can focus even more energy on.
"You realize that as you have access, or a voice that people are willing to listen to, [it comes with] a lot of responsibility, which I take seriously."
The Duke and Duchess embarked on a two-day royal tour of Ireland on Tuesday (July 10), their first official trip as a married couple.
