While us mere mortals have been struggling to make it anywhere near the gym, Meghan Markle has been getting up at 4:30 a.m. to do yoga-even in the middle of the Australian royal tour she's currently undertaking with Prince Harry.

The Duchess revealed her yoga habit when speaking with a mental health advocacy group this Friday in Sydney. The organization, which goes by the name OneWave, encourages people to share their stories with one another, and heal together with yoga and surfing sessions on the beach.

The Duchess of Sussex and her husband joined OneWave for one of their "Fluro Fridays." At these gatherings, OneWave members are encouraged to dress in "the brightest outfits possible" ("fluro" is short for fluorescent") and speak as a group about their experiences with mental health.

The Duke and Duchess kicked off their shoes to join OneWave on the Bondi Beach sand. Though the royal couple's outfits weren't exactly fluorescent, they were soon handed floral leis to brighten up their looks.

It was then, sitting in a communal circle with others sharing their stories, that Markle decided to share her own.

"[Being pregnant is] like having jet lag without actually traveling," she explained, making it particularly difficult when she also happens to be actually traveling. To cope, that very morning she had gotten up at 4:30 to practice yoga.

In addition to mitigating her physical symptoms, the exercise helps her mental state. "[It's] so good for healing your mind," she told the group.

So next time you're struggling to make that 6 a.m. yoga class, maybe take a cue from the Duchess of Sussex and follow through.
