Meghan Markle Reportedly Made a Secret Visit to LA to Visit Her Mother Doria Ragland
While in the United States for her top secret baby shower in New York City, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry took a quick jaunt over to Los Angeles to visit Meghan's mother Doria Ragland, The Sun is reporting.
One of Doria's neighbors apparently spotted Meghan visiting her mother at her "modest bungalow" for multiple days.
“They are forever in touch," the neighbor explained. "And Meghan has been here to stay on more than one occasion since going public with Harry. I even saw him here once, but it’s not my place to say any more.”
Another source added that “Meghan is a mommy’s girl, their special mother-daughter bond hasn’t disappeared just because she’s moved to England...Meghan will always come back to Doria, this will always be her home."
While the exact dates of her visit are unknown, it's believed that Meghan popped over to the West Coast while she was in the States for her baby shower. Meghan flew into New York City secretly where she celebrated with famous friends like Amal Clooney and Serena Williams.
“The shower was a chance for Meg to share excitement of the baby with her closest friends, some of which she hadn’t seen for some time," a royal insider reported to ELLE. It was a beautiful gathering filled with love and celebration-she couldn’t stop smiling.”
Meghan is due sometime this spring, and while it's been reported that she and Prince Harry know their baby's sex, it's expected to be kept secret until the couple goes public for the first time as a party of three sometime after Meghan's due date. \
