Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Nicknames for Each Other Are Super Practical

Nearly every couple on the planet has a nickname for one another, and Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are no exception to this rule. However, rather than picking the traditional "baby" or "honey," the Sussexes opted for something much more practical.

According to a source at People, Meghan and Harry simply refer to each other as "M" and "H" — the first letters of their names. During the documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, Meghan first revealed her special nickname for Harry, and appeared somewhat embarrassed by the admission, which is beyond adorable.

Pet names aside, the Sussexes are reportedly more in love than ever amid their royal exit. "They are besotted and very sweet with each other," a source told People. And, without the pressures of day-to-day royal duties, M and H not only have time to focus on their marriage, but also the couple's nine-month-old son, Archie.

"Archie is the priority," another insider added. "It’s very much still about taking care of him and putting the family first. He’s a happy kid—he loves to laugh. Archie and Harry have such a good time together. And Meghan is a great mom. She’s very much about tending to him. They are trying to live their life as regular parents."

Their new lives in Canada are mostly spent hiking in the woods near their Vancouver Island home and relaxing indoors. "They are real homebodies who love to chill out with Archie and the dogs," the source admitted.

Clearly, the Sussexes are embracing their much-deserved break from the spotlight.
