Prince Harry and Meghan Markle aren't photographed out often in California, but a paparazzi managed to get a shot of them out driving in Santa Barbara on Sunday. Daily Mail ran the images, featuring Meghan wearing a stylish sun hat and sunglasses in the front seat alongside Harry, who was driving. The Duke of Sussex wore a white polo and dark sunglasses, too. Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, joined them in the back of the car. You can see the photos here.

The last time Meghan and Harry were photographed out in California was back in December, when the couple was spotted shopping in Beverly Hills.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a big weekend ahead of them, with their highly-anticipated Oprah interview airing on Sunday. The two-hour special will be their first time talking at length about what led to their decision to permanently step back from their senior royal family roles.

Two 30-second teasers were released Sunday from the interview. In one, Prince Harry compared their experience to that of his late mother, Princess Diana.

Harry admitted to Oprah, "You know, for me, I’m just really relieved and happy to be sitting here, talking to you, with my wife by my side because I can’t begin to imagine what it must have been like for her [Diana], going through this process by herself, all those years ago, because it has been unbelievably tough for the two of us, but at least we have each other."

"Yeah," Meghan softly agreed.

In the second clip, Oprah asked Meghan, "Were you silent or were you silenced? I just want to make it clear to everybody. There is no subject that’s off limits."

Oprah also said, "'Almost unsurvivable'? Sounds like there was a breaking point," then later teased, "You’ve said some pretty shocking things here." Meghan doesn't speak in that clip, but Harry did, again alluding to Diana's experience with the paparazzi and royal family when she divorced his father, Prince Charles. "My biggest concern was history repeating itself," he said.
