Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Are Reportedly Going to a Wedding on Her Birthday
May 19 was a big day for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but they have another big day coming up on August 4: her 37th birthday. And according to Hello!, they'll be celebrating it in a similar way...with a wedding.
The upcoming event is for Harry's friend Charlie Van Straubenzee. Charlie, who is marrying Daisy Jenks, not only went to Ludgrove Prep School with the prince, but also reportedly ushered for his wedding. His brother, Thomas, is Princess Charlotte's godfather. Harry will be Charlie's best man at his wedding, if a tweet by royal photographer Tim Rooke is to be believed, and will reportedly be bringing Meghan as his plus one. Rooke tweeted that the wedding will take place in the English village of Churt.
Meghan and Harry celebrated her 36th birthday last year with a trip to Africa, where they planned a safari and boat outing, according to The Sun. Rumors arose that he'd propose on the trip, since William proposed to Kate in Africa, but he ended up proposing at home instead. Still, it sounds like she had a romantic birthday, and we have a feeling her first birthday as Duchess will be just as epic.
