Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are keeping up their streak of volunteering since they've moved to L.A.

This week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex volunteered their time to help students prepare for the school year. They spent some time working with the L.A.-based charity Baby2Baby to distribute donated school supplies, clothing, hygiene supplies, and more to local students in need.

The organization shared photos of the couple in masks, handing supplies to people in cars and greeting young students. Meghan wore a white blouse, olive green shorts, Adidas Stan Smith sneakers, and a printed face mask (which Harper's Bazaar has identified as one from by Black-owned, N.Y.C.-based brand Royal Jelly). Harry opted for a white polo shirt, grey shorts and a baseball cap.

A source close to the couple also told Harper's Bazaar that Meghan and Harry were determined to serve every child waiting in line that day and the couple were "nothing but smiles" as they chatted with students and their families that day.

Baby2Baby posted photos from the day on Instagram, writing, "Thank you to The Duke and Duchess of Sussex for joining our team to help us distribute school supplies, clothing, hygiene items, food and more to children who need these basic essentials more than ever during this unprecedented back to school season."

Since arriving to L.A., the Sussexes have made it a point to volunteer in the community. They were first spotted personally delivering meals to people experiencing food insecurity during the coronavirus pandemic, and volunteering to prepare meals with Homeboy Industries, an organization that works to better the lives of individuals who are formerly incarcerated and those involved with gangs.

Even before joining the royal family, Duchess Meghan has a history of volunteering within her communities. Last year, an old photo resurfaced of her volunteering at the St. Felix Centre in Toronto, Canada, where she lived while filming Suits.
