Now that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made the biggest decisions regarding their wedding (the date, the venue, the guest list, the cake, reportedly the dress, the officiant, and more), the couple is likely currently mulling over the endless honeymoon options worldwide. However, the two will have to work first.

Following the royal wedding, the bride and groom will then reportedly swing by Dublin for a brief two-day stay after their wedding on May 19, meaning they will presumably opt for a minimoon. “It will possibly be the first foreign trip after their wedding,” a source told the Irish Independent.

The same insider suggested, though, that the visit to Dublin will be for official engagements in the capital city.

By definition (according to The Knot), a minimoon is a shorter version of a honeymoon, typically lasting less than a week, that newlyweds enjoy after their wedding and long before their actual honeymoon. According to our 2016 Romance Travel Study, roughly 82 percent of newlyweds opt for a minimoon before enjoying an extended honeymoon.

Due to their demanding royal engagement schedule, the couple will also take a break leading up to the wedding for an earlymoon. The getaway will be comprised of island-hopping in Greece right before they exchange vows at Windsor Castle.

With their longer honeymoon, Harry and Meghan are speculated to jet to a romantic destination, many believe it could be Botswana where they fell in love while dating. In fact, Markle’s center stone is from the country.

“The ring is obviously yellow gold, that’s her favorite,” Harry told BBC News last year. “The main stone itself is from Botswana. And the little diamonds on the side are from my mother’s jewelry box collection to make sure she stays with us.”

“It’s beautiful and he designed it,” Markle chimed in. “I think everything about Harry’s thoughtfulness and the inclusion of that… to not be able to meet his mom, to know that she’s a part of this with us.”
