Meghan Markle and Prince Harry might currently be in Canada with Archie, but the couple has been showing their support for people in the U.K. this weekend.

In an Instagram Story posted on the @SussexRoyal account, Meghan and Harry threw their support behind a campaign celebrating the hard work of healthcare workers. Dubbed #clapforourcarers, the campaign asks everyone in the United Kingdom to unite to celebrate the incredible people working within the healthcare system at such a challenging time.

The post read, "During these unprecedented times they need to know we are grateful. Please join us: 26 of March at 8pm for a big applause (from front doors, garden, balcony, windows, living rooms, etc) to show all nurses; doctors; GPs [general practitioners] and carers our appreciation for their ongoing hard work and fight against the virus."

The post continued, "Please share this message, so we can make sure the word spreads and reaches all to join!" While Meghan and Harry's Instagram Story has since disappeared, the post has been shared widely online.

The Sussexes also shared a post celebrating Mother's Day, which is taking place on March 22, 2020, in the United Kingdom. Their caption read, "No matter what you call your mum, this Mother’s Day in the UK, we honour the mums all over the world who do so much every single day, and now more than ever. Thank you ❤️."
