Meghan Markle Was Photographed Smiling in a Great Tan Wrap Coat
Meghan Markle is back in London, and photographers got a rare glimpse of her excellent off-duty style. The Duchess of Sussex was snapped leaving her hotel in the city wearing a stylish tan wrap coat with Aquazzura black heels. Her hair was down, and Meghan was beaming in front of her photographers. The Sun has photos of Meghan here. Beauty-wise, the Duchess opted for a smoky eye and nude lip with her hair down and side parted.
Meghan and Harry will be at the Endeavour Fund Awards later tonight. It's their first of several events during their final week of announced royal engagements as working royal family members. Their transition out of those senior royal family roles will begin on March 31.
In terms of joint events, Meghan and Harry will attend the Mountbatten Festival of Music on March 7 and Commonwealth Day Westminster Abbey ceremony with the royal family on March 9, in addition to the Endeavour Fund Awards tonight.
Once they finish their events, Meghan and Harry are expected to return to Canada, where the two have been residing with their son Archie since they announced their decision to step back from their working royal family member roles and become financially independent.
In their statement, they explained, "We now plan to balance our time between the United Kingdom and North America, continuing to honour our duty to The Queen, the Commonwealth, and our patronages. This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity. We look forward to sharing the full details of this exciting next step in due course."
On their Sussex Royal site, their team teased that "in Spring 2020, their digital channels will be refreshed as they introduce the next exciting phase to you," including the launch of their non-profit.
