Meghan Markle’s Latest Secret Meeting Paid Tribute to Her Acting Roots
Meghan Markle got back to her acting roots in an unexpected way yesterday.
The 37-year-old Duchess of Sussex made a secret visit to the National Theater in London to meet with theater director Rufus Norris, according to royal correspondent Omid Scobie.
No details about the private meeting have been released, but it’s possible the duo discussed championing inclusivity in the theater, as both Norris and Markle have committed themselves to this cause.
Another possible reason for the gathering? Perhaps Markle will eventually replace Queen Elizabeth as royal patron of the theater.
Sadly, it’s highly unlikely she’s planning a theatrical comeback, but hey, a girl can dream.
