At the new annual event, the royal quartet took the stage and discussed the Royal Foundation (the umbrella organization for the charities Harry, William, and Kate are associated with), their current projects, and their plans for the future.

This year’s installment, titled “Making a Difference Together,” featured programs run by foundation, including Heads Together, which focuses on mental health, United for Wildlife, and the Prince Harry-hosted Invictus Games, which Markle was seen supporting last fall.

While the princes wore black suits, Markle opted for a satin belted Jason Wu dress and Middleton wore a light blue Seraphine maternity dress.

The event marks the first time the four of them (especially Meghan and Kate) were photographed together, following their joint appearance on Christmas Day for a church service with the Queen.

Today's forum marks Markle's sixth official royal engagement ever, following previous events - all done with Prince Harry - including a charity fair for Wold Aids Day, a visit to Reprezent Radio, a visit to Cardiff Castle in Wales, the Endeavour Awards, and a trip to Scotland.

However, this is the Suits star's first time publicly working with the Royal Foundation, which could mean she's well on her way to becoming the organization's fourth patron, following her fiancé and the Duke and Duchess. Indeed, Prince William said he's "particularly happy" his brother's fiancée could join them at the event, according to Hello! reporter Emily Nash.

It's a fitting new role for Markle, a vocal activist and humanitarian who's previously worked with organizations like UN Women, World Vision, and One Young World. During the forum, she explained that she admired how the foundation gives smaller grassroots charities "that extra push of support" and allows them to have a larger impact around the world.

"I'm very excited to be able to work on initiatives similarly and have that same sort of impact globally," she said.

And yes, Harry mentioned the wedding.
