Meghan Markle Is “So Happy” With Her Life in Canada After Stepping Back From Senior Royal Duties

Remember how extra glowy Meghan Markle looked when she and Prince Harry returned to England after their extended Canada vacation? Welp, that Canadian glow runs really deep now that she, Harry, and her son, Archie Harrison, are living there full time. Despite a few annoying paparazzi people, Meghan is apparently loving her life in Canada and fully backs her and Harry’s decision to step back from their royal duties and move away from England.
According to an Us Weekly source, Meghan is “so happy” and I love that for her, don’t you? Like the supportive spouse he is, Harry is also pretty stoked about their fresh start, with the source adding, “He’s really excited about the next chapter in their lives.”
You might recall from Meghan and Harry’s bombshell announcement that they’ll be “financially independent” going forward, meaning they will not rely on any money from the British monarchy. Sounds tough...at least for Harry anyway. His entire life has been padded by his family’s money, while Meghan’s hasn’t.
Us Weekly’s report said Meghan is looking to teach Harry about “the real world” as they adjust to more normal standards of living. “She doesn’t come from millions,” a second source said. “She’s worked hard to get to where she is today.” Even more exciting for Meghan? She’s ready to rake in some moolah of her own. “Meghan loves the idea of being the breadwinner,” the source explained. “She has no plans to do another show like Suits, but Harry’s been encouraging her to do more voice-over work, writing, producing and directing in her free time.”
This all sounds fab, but despite how happy Meghan is now, she’s apparently still high-key fed up with the amount of press she gets. A report just revealed that she and Harry are threatening to sue Canadian paparazzi for taking pictures of her and Archie hiking. And another new TMZ report claims that coverage of Meghan’s christening for Archie was a huge reason why she and Harry decided to leave England in the first place. “They think if the British public aren’t contributing financially then they don’t have the same right to comment on their private life,” a source told the outlet.
