Meghan Markle Is Finally Back in Canada with Baby Archie

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry just wrapped up their last few events in the UK ahead of their final days as working senior members of the royal family.

What's next? For the Duchess of Sussex, that meant leaving the UK on Monday evening (March 9) and returning to her new home with Prince Harry in Canada. There, the couple's 10-month-old child Archie was waiting for her.

Meghan flew solo, according to The Telegraph and Harper's Bazaar, having left England following the services held for Commonwealth Day while Harry stayed behind for pressing business at Buckingham Palace. Before leaving, she allegedly spent the day saying her final goodbyes to staff members and aides, which royal reporter Omid Scobie shared on Harper's Bazaar.

"She’s flying back to Canada on the last commercial flight of the day, eager to be back in Vancouver Island by the morning before Archie wakes up," Scobie shared. Archie is growing up so fast, too. Just recently, Meghan shared an update about the 10-month-old, revealing that he's "into everything" and may actually be learning to walk very soon.

"I just had to ask her about the baby," 66-year-old Geraldine Dear told The Daily Mail. "She said to me, 'He's exactly ten months today and he's started trying to walk." Every moment counts when you're a parent, and Meghan likely doesn't want to miss a thing when it comes to her bouncing baby boy's growth.

At the time of writing, Prince Harry has reportedly yet to have left England as of Thursday (March 12). As far as Archie goes, the last time we had a sneak peek of the royal baby, it was New Year's Eve, so we're all long overdue for some new snaps.

Perhaps when Prince Harry returns to Canada to join Meghan, we'll be seeing a few new photos of the happy family together...and maybe even Archie's first steps.
