If you have the impression that Meghan Markle is much, much happier ever since leaving the royal family, it looks like you're right!

In a new report for People, a source shares that Meghan was visibly relieved after announcing that she and Harry were stepping down as senior royals. According to a source, "It was just this tremendous shift when Meghan returned to Canada [after their announcement]. You could tell that she felt so much less stressed."

This comes after a report earlier this week that since deciding to leave the royal family, "a weight has been lifted off their shoulders." Meghan and Harry are also reportedly loving Canada, and a source previously shared, "They are enjoying living a quiet life. They go for long walks, they do yoga, and Meghan cooks. They are real homebodies who love to chill out with Archie and the dogs."

And sorry, one more, cause a few weeks ago it was also reported that Meghan "feels free" and "has never been happier...She’s happy to be out of London." So basically, it sounds like Meghan and Harry are pleased with their choice to give up their royal titles and live a more normal life. Plus, at an event on Thursday, Prince Harry even talked about how he doesn't regret leaving the royal family, so clearly things are going well so far!

However, this all comes amid news that Harry and Meghan aren't quite done carrying out their royal duties—the two will reportedly return to England next month for "a final round of official engagements." But after that, they can go back to their happy life in Vancouver!
