Meghan Markle Bundles Up in Toronto for Dog Walk

Baby, it's cold outside!

Meghan Markle bundled up for the cold front that struck Toronto this weekend and she's keeping chic while doing it. Prince Harry's new girlfriend ascribed to a puffy on top, sleek on the bottom look in a black shawl-collar puffer, slim blue jeans, duck boots, and blue beanie to take her cute beagle Bogart out for a walk.

The actress is in the Canadian city to film her role in Suits. And though she's an L.A. native and used to sunnier climes, it looks like she may be picking up a few cold weather dressing pointers from her new royal beau. She dressed up Bogart recently in a snuggly-looking dog sweater emblazoned with the Union Jack.
