Meghan Markle Attends First Royal Event Post-Wedding and Looks Chic as Hell (Obviously)
One thing we know for sure: The married life looks good on Meghan Markle.
The Duchess of Sussex (new title, who dis?!) stepped out today to her first royal engagement after her marriage to Prince Harry on Saturday, May 19. She was pictured wearing an off-white/light-rose-colored Goat dress with sheer sleeves and shoulders and a matching wide-brimmed Philip Treacy hat over a perfectly coifed chignon to attend Prince Charles’s 70th birthday at Buckingham Palace, her and Prince Harry’s first event as a married couple.
The couple confirmed that their honeymoon to Namibia, Africa, wouldn’t immediately follow the royal wedding, opting instead for a later date, so it’s only fitting the new duke and duchess are making the royal rounds so soon.
And here we thought the royal spotlight would fade after the wedding… (Who are we kidding?!)
