Meghan Markle's Half-Brother Slams Her Over Invite
Just days after Meghan Markle's estranged half-sister Samantha took to Twitter to express her anger at not being invited to the royal wedding, Meghan's half-brother Thomas Jr. is now getting in on the fun.
He reportedly told the Daily Mirror that not only has he not been invited to the May 19 wedding, but he also thinks Meghan is "phony" and has forgotten about her family.
Markle, 51, admits he hasn't seen Meghan since their grandmother's funeral in 2011: "We were so close back then, but when our grandmother died, she moved to Toronto to start filming Suits and I didn’t see her."
He also says the only reason he started talking to the media was to defend Meghan from hurtful reports he'd read, but then he said this:
She is giving the greatest performance of her life. She is acting phony. I've read that Meg wants to be like Diana. Diana was worshipped by everyone in the world. She was loved for the right reasons. That's what Meg wants, but I don't think that's going to happen. She's not genuine like Diana.
He even goes on to discuss how Meghan has chosen to portray herself to the world as a kind and charitable person, but that she's "none of those things to her family."
Samantha pointed out days ago this all may be for naught as maybe the Markle family invites got lost in the mail or are still en route, which, of course would mean she and her brother didn't mean any of these terrible things they're saying, and that they really just miss their sister!
