  • In the snaps, the 27-year-old rapper is lounging around and getting some sun as she wears the most flattering string bikini ever. And wow, everything about her is toned AF. Meg’s abs, legs, and arms couldn’t look more sculpted if she tried!

  • Megan, who did a "Hottie Bootcamp" for three months last year, is big on strength and resistance training. She also works on her cardio by doing treadmill sweat sessions.


Megan Thee Stallion stopped scrollers and hearts with her latest set of sizzling bikini photos. The 27-year-old rapper posted a brand new photo dump, showing herself rocking a colorful string bikini. And our girl is looking straight fire.

“Morning Hotties 🍒💕,” Meg captioned the photos of her lounging around—and generally looking hot AF—while sunning. The bikini has those little ties across her stomach that look fabulous on Meg, but would likely leave unsightly tan lines and get tangled on the average gal.

Meg, predictably, got her followers going with her photo dump: “😍🔥🔥🔥🔥,” wrote British rapper Ms. Banks. “Queen 👸,” wrote Jersey Shore’s JWoww. “Definitely don’t need makeup she so pretty without it I swear,” wrote another fan.

And I’ve got to agree. Meg looks stunning with or without makeup, but she’s been looking especially glowy as of late.

But let’s talk about her totally sculpted bod. How exactly did she get that fit? Well, Megan shared her wellness and fitness journey with all of her followers in January 2021, with a three-month plan she called “Hottie Bootcamp.” She spoke about it in an IGTV, writing, “It’s not necessarily a weight loss journey but a health journey 💙 Y’all will be experiencing this with me every step of the way 😝 real healthy girl sh*t ...”

Hottie Bootcamp included a variety of routines—such as high-intensity moves, booty strength training, and pole dancing workouts, which she shared on Instagram and noted, “This sh*t kicked my a** but I’m definitely going back!”

In her daily life, Meg performs a ton of different workouts that are beyond inspiring. Her circuit workouts—which focuses on her legendary behind—include balancing on two Bosu balls doing squats with a kettlebell, weighted walking squats, weighted side lunges on the Bosu ball, leg lifts, and fire hydrants.

In a video of the workout she says, "I know I wanna have a nice ass, but does it have to hurt to receive the ass?"

Based on the amount of sweating Ms. Meg is doing, I would say the answer is a resounding yes.
