Megan Thee Stallion's American Music Awards debut was a moment we won't soon forget.

The 25-year-old rapper who just released her debut album, Good News, last week, gave her first performance of new hit song "Body" at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday. But before taking the actual stage, a sultry prerecorded video of Megan, decked out in a sexy, sheer, shimmery catsuit and caressing her curves, played in the background.

Reciting a mantra of self-love, she said, "I love my body. Every curve, every inch, every mark, ever dimple is a decoration on my temple."

She continued, "My body is mine. And nobody owns it but me. And who I chose to let in is so lucky. You may not think my body is perfect, and it probably never will be, but when I look in the mirror? I love what I see."

Following her opening message, Megan took the stage via a hanging hoop structure before diving into her song and dance. For the set, she wore a black crystal-embellished, sheer cutout catsuit with leather ankle boots. She styled her hair in wet, slicked-back waves and effortlessly executed the track's high-energy choreography.

Megan's American Music Awards performance echoed the just-released, over-the-top music video that she unleashed on fans also last week. For the debut visuals, Megan enlisted some of her super-famous friends: Taraji P. Henson, Jordyn Woods, Tabria Majors, and more took center stage, making for major must-see cameos.
