Megan thee Stallion and Lizzo Have Music on the Way

We're soooo ready for this.

Looks like two of our faves will be collaborating in 2020.

Megan thee Stallion attended the 2019 American Music Awards on Sunday night to present the Best Rap Song and was asked about supporting her friend, Lizzo. The Cuz I Love You singer performed and was nominated for three awards.

When asked about potentially working with Lizzo, as they were spotted on Instagram together in August, Megan revealed that new music is on the way. "We're already working on some stuff," Megan told Entertainment Tonight. "So I'm super excited about it coming out next year."

Fans of the Houston rapper were upset by her Grammy Award snubs on Wednesday. Megan released her mixtape Fever in May to critical acclaim and her single "Cash Sh*t" with DaBaby went platinum in October. In addition to making music with the likes of Lizzo and DaBaby, Megan's "Ride or Die" can be heard on the Queen & Silm soundtrack.

Lizzo put out a song with Ariana Grande in October and was nominated for eight Grammy awards.
