Megan Thee Stallion Launches Revlon Makeup Collection on StockX Made for Fellow ‘Hot Girls’

StockX is back with another DropX exclusive, and this time, the secondary market standout has teamed up with Megan Thee Stallion and Revlon.

The latest release is the Revlon x Megan Thee Stallion Hot Girl Sunset Collection, a makeup set that will debut via DropX, which is the platform created by the “stock market of things” to digitally release products directly onto the secondary market.

“We knew immediately that StockX was the ideal platform to launch this one-of-a-kind collection with Megan Thee Stallion,” Revlon GM Chandra Coleman Harris said in a statement. “Given the palpable excitement around Megan, we wanted an unexpected launch model to match it. StockX is at the center of culture so the synergies between our brand DNA, her fans and StockX’s dynamic marketplace aligned perfectly.”

The four-piece collection, which is limited to 450 sets, will arrive via StockX.com on Wednesday at 12 p.m. ET. Pricing will start at $40.

For the rap star’s first collection with the makeup brand — which is also the first release with a makeup brand via DropX — the two will deliver the Hot Girl Sunset Palette, which features 10 matte and shimmer shades; the Hot Girl Sunset False Lashes; the Hot Girl Sunset Super Lustrous Thee Gloss; and the nylon Hot Girl Sunset Makeup Pouch, available in orange or pink with a faux leather tag.

“Much like StockX, Revlon has a rich history of innovation, which is particularly remarkable for a company nearing its centennial,” StockX CMO Deena Bahri said in a statement. “Launched in close collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion — a trailblazer in her own right — this DropX once again reinforces our commitment to unlocking access to of-the-moment products across a wide range of categories, and to amplifying brands and creators that share in our mandate to offer our customers equal opportunity to self-expression.”

Last August, StockX launched its DropX direct-to-consumer product release method with the help of another beloved musician: J Balvin. For the debut of DropX, the company exclusively delivered the Funko Pop! Rocks: J Balvin “Green Hair” Chase Figure #136 collectible. StockX had roughly 500 available, and the base price for the toy was $40.
